Leading on from his talk at the virtual conference commemorating the 4th anniversary of ELP, Engr. Akin-George Fashola delved into more of what the VIS is doing to help make motoring easier for Lagosians.

Pointing to the fact that cars do not drive themselves, he encouraged Lagosians to take good care of their vehicles, ensuring proper and due checks/maintenance. This will go a long way in reducing risk and hazard.

Discussion on fake papers, defiance of processes, etc; went on to aspects of the work; where the citizens are seemingly ignorant, and the consensus was more engagement, more publicity are needed

The visit concluded with the Director commending the works of Environmental Lagos Platform, and assuring us of support in our quest of keeping government and the citizens on a progressive journey of making Lagos better…
